Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bilzoo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Bilzoo. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account registration

To purchase vouchers you must create an account with a valid email address and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bilzoo.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Vouchers

4.1 Issuance. Gift vouchers sold on Bilzoo are issued by the respective brands (Puma, Reebok, Amazon, etc.) via our authorised voucher providers (manual fulfilment or Pine Labs). Each voucher carries a unique 16-character code, a Code-128 barcode, and a QR code with a signed payload.

4.2 Validity. Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher card (typically 12 months for vouchers under ₹3,000 and 24 months for vouchers ≥ ₹3,000). Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.

4.3 Redemption. Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating store or website of the issuing brand, in accordance with the brand's redemption policy. Bilzoo is not responsible for the in-store redemption experience.

4.4 One-time use. Each voucher code can be redeemed exactly once. Partial redemption is not supported unless explicitly stated by the brand.

4.5 No cash value. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

5. Pricing & payment

5.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

5.2 Payment is processed by Razorpay or ICICI eazypay. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

5.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed orders are honoured at the price displayed at checkout.

5.4 Promotional codes (e.g. BILZOO50) cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Each code has its own terms.

6. Refunds & cancellations

6.1 Before voucher delivery — full refund to original payment method.

6.2 Within 14 days of delivery — refund to Bilzoo wallet (instant), minus any gateway fees already paid.

6.3 After 14 days / once redeemed — no refund.

6.4 To request a refund, write to support@bilzoo.in with your order number. We respond within 24 hours.

7. Bilzoo wallet

7.1 Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

7.2 Wallet credit may be used for any purchase on Bilzoo.

7.3 Expired or unused wallet credit does not earn interest and does not expire unless required by law.

7.4 Signup bonuses and referral bonuses are credited only after KYC verification and may be reversed if the underlying transaction is refunded.

8. Internal staff referrals

8.1 Bilzoo engages authorised internal staff who earn commissions on orders placed by customers they refer.

8.2 Referral codes are personal and non-transferable. Misuse (self-referral, fake accounts, collusion) results in immediate account termination and reversal of commissions.

8.3 Commission rates, hold periods, and payout terms are published in the staff dashboard and may be updated with 14 days notice.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Resell vouchers purchased on Bilzoo without our written consent.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service.
• Upload viruses or any other malicious code.

10. Intellectual property

All content on Bilzoo — including the Bilzoo name, logo, design, copy, and code — is owned by Bilzoo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international copyright law. Brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilzoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bilzoo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bilzoo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
